Volunteers Make a Big Difference at Mount Carbon! 

There are many volunteer opportunities at Mount Carbon throughout the school year and we encourage you to get involved as much as possible.

Every involved parent makes a big difference.

Volunteer Opportunities Include:

• Library Volunteers - The Library is currently in need of volunteers to help with shelving books, straightening shelves, and helping students check out books. Email Mrs. Close at [email protected] if you are interested in volunteering.

• Classroom Volunteers - Check with individual classroom teachers.

• PTA Sponsored Activities - Watch weekly communications for Volunteer Sign-ups.

Volunteer Risk Waivers & Confidentiality

Confidentiality of our students must be maintained at all times. Volunteers are required to complete the Volunteer Confidentiality Agreement and prior to volunteering each school year. The district also requires all volunteers to sign an Assumption of Risk and Waiver each year.
